PACKING STANDARDS

We value your item as much as you do. Why? We are collectors as well! We will make sure your item arrives to you in the same condition it leaves here. It will be packed the same way we like to receive a package. We know all about mint condition collectables and the fastidious nature of collecting.  

Returns
We recognise the importance of buying mint condition collectables and do the best we possibly can to ensure they remain that way from door to door. However, sometimes items do become damaged in transit or there is some sort of manufacturing issue making the goods unfit for their intended purpose. If this is the case with your item, please contact us immediately via email to rif@jajascollect.com or via telephone on 03 5367 7000.

Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Costs, barring single trading cards, are based on the weight and size of items.

Add items to your cart with confidence, knowing that the final shipping cost will be within the standard cost for shipping goods with AusPost. If the shipping you pay is excessive to the actual cost, we will refund the difference when processing your order.

Shipping on single trading cards is a flat $5.50 regardless of how many single cards you add to your cart! Parcels within Oz range from $11.50 to $34 depending on the size and weight of the order. International shipping rates are calculated at Checkout.
